Daniel Andrés Zambrano Ortega
Daniel Andrés Zambrano Ortega has experience advising financial institutions, commercial companies, and individuals as a real estate and business lawyer. He focuses his professional practice on the structuring of real estate projects; drafting, negotiating, and reviewing real estate-related contracts; implementing legal structures for the development of real estate projects; preparing and reviewing title and urban planning due diligence; as well as preparing memoranda and legal opinions within his area of expertise.
Before joining the firm,he worked as a real estate lawyer in several financial institutions, including Scotiabank Colpatria S.A. and Fiduciaria Colmena S.A., as well as with the construction company I.D.C. Consultores S.A.–Construcciones S.A. and previously at the real estate company Ventas y Avalúos S.A.S.
He holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia) and has postgraduate specializations in Urban Planning Law from the same university; Notarial and Registry Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia; and Business Law and Business Management from Universidad del Rosario.
He further enhanced his academic training through complementary studies in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Management at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, developing a comprehensive understanding of the legal, regulatory, and business aspects of the real estate and urban development sectors.
