María José is a lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and lds a Specialization in Labor Law from the same University. During her career she focused on labor law and social security rights. She has experience providing legal advice and representing clients before labor courts, and before joint the firm she worked in a Labor Court of the Circuit of Bogotá.
