Andrés Felipe Paz is a Partner at the Firm with more than 15 years of experience in Labor and Employment Law. He is part of the Firm’s Labor Law practice, advising on individual and collective labor matters, labor litigation, ordinary proceedings, labor cassation appeals, constitutional actions (tutelas), migration processes, union protection cases, and social security issues. He also provides counsel on complex labor-related transactions for major national and international companies.

Andrés has held key positions such as Principal Associate at Garrigues and Posse Herrera Ruiz, and Head of the Labor Practice at DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán. He has also worked at Holland & Knight LLP in the labor law area and at Bavaria S.A. as a labor relations specialist. His experience includes collective bargaining, management of employee benefits, and design of labor policies.

He earned his Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia) and holds a Specialization in Labor Law from the same university. Additionally, he has completed diplomas in Labor Relations and Human Resources, as well as specialized courses in Labor Law and HR Management.
