Andrés Paz is a partner at the Firm, with over 15 years of experience in labor law. He is part of the Firm’s labor law practice, where he advises on individual and collective labor law matters, labor litigation, ordinary proceedings, labor cassation appeals, constitutional actions, immigration processes, union protection proceedings, and social security issues. Additionally, he has provided counsel on complex legal transactions related to labor matters for large national and international companies.

Andrés has been a principal associate at Garrigues and Posse Herrera Ruiz and the head of the labor practice at DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán. He has also worked at Holland & Knight LLP in the labor law department and at Bavaria S.A. as a labor relations specialist. His experience includes extensive work in collective bargaining, employee benefits management, and the development of labor policies.

Andrés obtained his law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia) and is a specialist in Labor Law from the same university. He has completed diploma programs in labor relations and human resources and has attended specialized courses in labor law and human resources management.
