Juan Pablo Ulloa Coral is a Paralegal in the Firm’s Litigation practice. He is currently in his ninth semester of the Law program at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and has experience in litigation, arbitration, and corporate matters. His work has involved conducting legal and case law research, preparing legal memoranda, drafting procedural filings, and assisting in constitutional, administrative, and arbitral proceedings.

He has also been involved in the review of corporate bylaws, shareholders’ agreements, due diligence processes, and the preparation of documentation for corporate transactions, further strengthening his knowledge of corporate and commercial law.

Prior to joining the Firm, Juan Pablo worked as a legal assistant on corporate and contractual matters, where he participated in contract drafting and review, company incorporations, and corporate filings. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of Agroindustrias UVE S.A., contributing to corporate decision-making, financial statement analysis, and the planning of business development initiatives.
