Juan Pablo Paz Betancur is an attorney from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with concentrations in International Commercial Law and Tort Law. He is a Junior Associate at the Firm and a member of the Commercial and Corporate Law team.

Before joining the Firm, he worked for more than two years in the Corporate Law consulting area at Medina Abogados.

He has experience in Corporate Law, and his background includes drafting commercial and civil contracts, company incorporations, corporate capitalizations, mergers, and matters related to Colombia’s Business Insolvency Regime.
