Laura Alejandra Hurtado Varón is a law graduate of Universidad Externado de Colombia with a law degree and serves as a Paralegal at the Firm, where she is a member of the Labor and Employment team.

Her practice focuses on labor and employment law, immigration law, and social security matters. She advises clients on a broad range of employment-related issues, including hiring and workforce management, disciplinary proceedings, responses to administrative authority inquiries, and immigration processes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Laura completed her legal internship at Consulta Norte Abogados and served as a Summer Legal Intern at López & Asociados, where she gained experience in legal advisory matters, particularly in labor and commercial law.

During her academic training, she served as a Teaching Assistant with the Department of Labor and Social Security Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia, strengthening her legal research capabilities and expertise in regulatory analysis.

Laura is fluent in Spanish and English.
