He is currently an Associate at Gamboa, García, Roldán & Co. Abogados, where he is part of the Corporate Law team, focusing on structuring financing agreements, corporate restructuring, and international transactions.
Before joining the Firm, Alberto worked at Sterlington, PLLC, and Gunderson Dettmer, managing financing, venture capital operations, and corporate restructuring for companies in the United States and Latin America. His expertise includes drafting complex contracts, shareholder agreements, and handling corporate records.
With over seven years of experience in venture capital and financial operations, Alberto is recognized for his strategic and innovative thinking, as well as his ability to lead interdisciplinary teams in multicultural environments.
