Carlos Eduardo Delgado has more than 11 years of experience advising clients on national and international matters related to Corporate and Commercial Law, and M&A transactions. Carlos Eduardo focuses his practice in the structuring and negotiation of national and cross-borders sales and acquisitions of Colombian and cross border companies, spin-off process, composition and decisions of corporate bodies, corporate governance, structuring and negotiation of shareholders agreements, winding up procedures, reorganizations and corporate conflicts, among others.

Carlos Eduardo prior to joining the Firm, worked at the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and as in-house lawyer in relevant companies that have operations in different sectors of the economy.

Carlos Eduardo has been individually recognized in the last two years in the category of Rising Star by Legal 500 in the area of M&A and Corporate Law.

Carlos Eduardo earned his J.D. from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá Colombia) and has specializations in Commercial Law and Company Law from the same University. In addition, Carlos Eduardo has an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London.
