Carlos Eduardo Delgado has over 12 years of experience advising national and international clients on Commercial and Corporate Law matters, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. His practice centers on structuring and negotiating transactions for the purchase and sale of shares and assets, both domestic and cross-border. He also advises on investment vehicles, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, company liquidation, and resolution of corporate disputes, among other areas.

Before joining the Firm, Carlos Eduardo worked at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and served as in-house counsel for leading companies across various industries.

Carlos Eduardo has been individually recognized as a Rising Star by The Legal 500 in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law categories for 2023 and 2024.

He earned his Law degree from Universidad del Rosario, where he also completed specializations in Commercial Law and Corporate Law. Additionally, he holds an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London.
