Catalina Ángel Tavera
Junior Associate
Catalina Ángel Tavera is an attorney from Universidad del Rosario, graduating with a distinction in Private Law, and holds a specialization in Commercial Law from Universidad de los Andes. She has a strong interest in commercial, civil, and administrative litigation. She is a Junior Associate at the Firm and a member of the Litigation team.
Before joining the Firm, she worked for four years at the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, where she contributed to the drafting of judicial decisions, conducted legal analysis of cases, and reviewed appeals and constitutional protection actions (tutelas).
She has experience in civil and commercial law, as well as in preparing legal opinions and reviewing contracts.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
