Daniel Avila, obtained his JD from the Universidad del Rosario, with a special focus in Commercial Law.

Currently, he is conducting a specialization in Commercial Law at the same University. He has knowledge in Commercial and Corporate Law, and focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions operations. Daniel has worked in different areas, with emphasis on analysis and drafting of Commercial and Civil contracts. In addition, his practice includes national and international clients.
