Daniel Rojas is a lawyer from Universidad Militar Nueva Granada and is currently pursuing a specialization in Labor Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He has more than three (3) years of experience advising national and international companies across various economic sectors on labor law, social security, and immigration matters.

Throughout his professional practice, he has provided comprehensive counsel to companies on individual labor law, collective labor law, labor litigation, constitutional protection actions (tutelas), and immigration processes. His work focuses on preventive advisory aimed at risk mitigation and strategic decision-making aligned with clients’ business objectives.
