Daniel Andrés Zambrano Ortega has experience advising financial institutions, commercial companies, and individuals as a real estate and business lawyer. Daniel focuses his professional practice on the structuring of real estate projects; drafting, negotiating, and reviewing real estate-related contracts; implementing legal structures for the development of real estate projects; preparing and reviewing title and urban planning due diligence; as well as preparing memoranda and legal opinions within his area of expertise.

Before joining the firm, Daniel worked as a real estate lawyer in several financial institutions, including Scotiabank Colpatria S.A. and Fiduciaria Colmena S.A., as well as with the construction company I.D.C. Consultores S.A.–Construcciones S.A. and previously at the real estate company Ventas y Avalúos S.A.S.

Daniel obtained his law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia). He also holds specializations in Urban Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia); Notarial and Registry Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia (Bogotá, Colombia); and Corporate Law and Business Management from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia). Additionally, he completed complementary studies including a Diploma in Real Estate Law and a Diploma in Real Estate Management at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia).

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
