David Felipe Orjuela Bernal is a lawyer with a Master’s degree in Private Law and a Specialization in Commercial Law, with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, business, and contractual law. He is a Senior Associate at the Firm and a member of the Corporate and Business team.

He holds a law degree from Universidad de La Sabana, a specialization in Commercial Law, and a Master’s degree in Private Law from Universidad de Los Andes, as well as a diploma in Corporate Law from Universidad Javeriana. His academic background combines a solid legal foundation with a strategic and managerial vision of the law.

Before joining the Firm, he served as Corporate Affairs Specialist at Banco Pichincha, Legal Director at Grupo JER, Legal Counsel in the General Secretariat of Nacional de Seguros, and Legal Assistant at Old Mutual. In these roles, he led corporate and contractual processes, the structuring of financial products, family business protocols, and compliance systems, in addition to negotiations with regulatory entities and strategic clients.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
