Associate of the Firm, with more than 14 years of experience advising national and foreign clients in relation to real estate matters within law firms and real sector companies. Right now, she focuses her practice as In-House counsel of one of the most relevant real estate investment funds in Colombia, Fondo de Inversión Colectiva Inmobiliario INMOVAL managed by Credicorp Capital Colombia, where she has advised real estate transactions providing their legal structure, drafting and negotiating complex agreements and, in general, advising all the relevant legal matters involved in the deals. Furthermore, she provides legal advice regarding the day-to-day asset management needs of the client, and she is involved in the regulatory matters of the vehicle from the legal perspective.

Diana holds a J.D. from Universidad del Rosario (Bogota, Colombia) where she graduated with honors upon receiving the Diploma of Excellence. During her undergraduate studies, she undertook law studies at the University of Paris II Pantheón – Assas (Paris, France) within the framework of an international exchange program where she obtained the Superior Certificate in French Law. Likewise, Diana Cristina has specializations in Commercial Law and Contractual Law from Universidad del Rosario (Bogota, Colombia), under a scholarship granted by the same University after obtaining the best score of the University in the national law exams (ECAES), and one of the ten best scores nationwide. She also earned her LL.M degree from the University of Melbourne (Melbourne, Australia).
