Ernesto is a lawyer graduated from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, specialist in Public Law from the same university and specialist in Business Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He has experience in commercial and corporate counseling in international investments and the creation of off-shore vehicles.

Currently, he practices as in-house legal counsel and compliance officer with emphasis in the implementation and maintenance of information security standards. His legal practice focuses on contractual, commercial and corporate matters in the energy, renewable energy and utilities sectors.

Ernesto speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.
