Felipe Andrés Díaz Alarcón

Felipe Díaz Alarcón advises and represents domestic and international clients in complex dispute resolution mechanisms, including national and cross-border litigation, conciliation, and arbitration. He counsels public and private companies across diverse industries, providing strategies tailored to high-stakes disputes that require technical precision and risk mitigation.
Before joining the Firm, Felipe worked in the Dispute Resolution practice at Baker McKenzie, where he gained experience in handling multi-jurisdictional proceedings and international arbitration. He has published several academic articles on procedural law, international economic law, and arbitration, reflecting his strong analytical and scholarly background. In recognition of his professional and academic excellence, he was awarded the Carolina Foundation scholarship by the Kingdom of Spain to pursue his master’s degree in Barcelona.
Felipe earned his Law degree from Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia), with an academic option in History and Economics, and holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law and Policy from the University of Barcelona (Spain). He also attended the International Arbitration Academy in Paris, France.
Felipe is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
