Ingrid Barrero directs the firm’s Labor Practice. She has 10 years of work experience advising national and multinational companies from various industries on labor matters, social security and migratory affairs. Ingrid focuses her practice on M&A processes, labor and social security, administrative processes before the local authority (UGPP) and labor and social security litigation.
Before joining the firm, Ingrid worked for the labor law and social security practice of Deloitte Asesores y Consultores, she is a member of the “Colegio de Abogados del Trabajo” and of the “Colegio de Abogados Rosaristas”.
Ingrid obtained her law degree (JD) from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia), has a Master’s degree in Labor and Social Security Law from Universidad Javeriana, is a specialist in Labor Law, specialist in Social Security Law, and studied Social Security at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid, Spain).
