Juan Sebastián Tinjacá is an attorney from the National University of Colombia and is currently pursuing a specialization in Contract Law at Universidad Externado. He has experience in intellectual property, commercial law, and corporate law, and has worked with institutions such as CERLALC, the National University of Colombia, and Wolf Méndez Abogados.

He is a native speaker of Spanish and English and has an advanced command of Italian.
