Our firm has the capacity to counsel every aspect related to Labor issues within a Company in their day to day operations, including the hiring process, administration of work relationships and the termination of contracts. We represent companies in labor litigations on a national scale and are equipped with a highly experienced team of lawyers in all of the levels of labor litigation up to cassation litigations before the Supreme Court of Justice.

We have handled the hiring of foreign personnel from an immigrations perspective, managing all legal issues and procedures until the expedition of the corresponding visas in each particular case and also the expedition of the foreign citizenship i.d. card for the required personnel.

The firm is equipped with capable personnel in order to direct and counsel our clients within negotiations of all kinds with workers, collectives or syndicates. We are trained in managing the legal provisions related to all labor subjects, including subjects which are audited by the Ministry of Labor of the UGPP, and as such we are capable of responding to requirements and/or procedures before those institutions.

We have carried out several due diligence procedures, quantifying labor risks and analyzing the labor situation of a company thoroughly. Furthermore, we are capable of formulating plans of action in order to mitigate and reduce labor risks that were found during the analysis in order to avoid the Company’s value to be reduced by a mismanagement of labor relationships.
