Andrés Mancilla worked for eight years in public customs warehouse and port operators transactions for port companies in Buenaventura and Cartagena. He was responsible for establishing the custody and preservation guidelines of the physical and electronic archives, consultations on the Clinton list and other restrictive lists, support and assistance in the different defense processes in search and gathering of evidence in the different legal and judicial matters against the company.

He is currently studying Law at the Cooperative University of Colombia.
