Monica Pastor is partner at the Firm, with more then17 years of experience counseling companies and local and foreign clients. She is part of the corporate law department of the Law Firm, and readers gives advice in merger and acquisitions dealings, real estate projects, corporate matters as incorporation, and liquidation of companies, negotiation and elaboration of commercial agreements, and intellectual property advice. Monica also counsels Colombian families in estate planning structures and inheritance.

(former Red Colombia S.A.), and also she has worked in the Colombian Ministry of Agriculture in the legal department, in the Constitutional Court as an Ad-honorem lawyer, and also worded as an associate attorney in the local law firm Barrios Velez Gutierrez Asociados (BBGS Abogados).
Monica is an attorney from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia). She is specialized on Commercial Law from same Universtiy and with a specialization on Contracts Law from Nuestra Señora del Rosario University (Bogotá, Colombia). She has undertaken legal English courses and has also attended seminary courses on antitrust and competition law and trusts law.
