Nicolás Mora Barrero has experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate law. Nicolás advises national and international clients on transactions involving the transfer of assets and the management, administration, construction, commercialization, and operation of urban and real estate projects. His work includes drafting, negotiating, and implementing collaboration agreements, acquisition transactions, promise agreements, fiduciary schemes and contracts, memoranda, and other matters related to his practice.
Before joining the Firm, Nicolás worked for six years as an attorney on the Corporate Law team at Pinilla González & Prieto Abogados Limitada, advising clients primarily in the real estate sector.
Nicolás obtained his law degree from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia). He also holds a specialization in Commercial Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia).
Nicolás speaks Spanish and English.
