Nicolás Mora Barrero advises clients in corporate, commercial and real estate law. Nicolás advises national and international clients in transactions for the acquisition of assets and for the management, development, sale and operation of urban and real estate projects, through the drafting, negotiation and implementation of joint agreements, acquisition transactions, purchase agreements, trust agreements and schemes, memorandums and other matters related to his practice.

Nicolás obtained his law degree (JD) from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia). He also has a specialization in Commercial Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia). Nicolás also received a certificate in real estate law from the Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia).
