Sofía Castro Paredes is an attorney with experience in commercial, civil, and estate law, with a particular interest in and support for regulatory compliance, corporate law, and family law matters. She has experience in notarial procedures, the structuring and drafting of legal documents, as well as in comprehensive support in legal proceedings and preventive legal counseling.

She currently serves as a Junior Associate at the Firm and is part of the Corporate and Family team, supporting both procedural strategy and corporate advisory and compliance matters, with a focus on mitigating legal risks and protecting the assets of individuals and corporate entities.

She holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with an emphasis on International Commercial Law and Tort Law—training that has allowed her to develop rigorous legal analysis, a strong foundation in private law, and a strategic business perspective.

Before joining the Firm, she worked as a Legal Assistant at Notary Office No. 12 in Bogotá, where she supported the review of legal acts and provided public guidance on civil, family, and estate matters. Previously, she completed her internship at our Firm in the litigation practice, participating in case analysis, document drafting, legal translations, and estate-related procedures.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
