Federico Pardo is director of the Firm’s labor practice. He has more than nine (9) years of experience advising national and international companies in the compliance of labor, social security and migratory regulations, human resources management, payroll, compensation plans and identification and prevention of labor risks. He has supported companies in administrative diligences and processes before UGPP and the Ministry of Labor, as well as in M&A processes. Before joining the Firm, Federico was manager of the Ernst and Young’s Labor and Employment team, where he was selected as part of the High Performance Professionals.
