Federico Pardo Camargo is the Head of the Firm’s Labor Practice, with over nine years of experience advising national and international companies on labor, social security, and immigration compliance, human resource management, payroll, compensation plans, and risk identification and mitigation. He has supported companies in administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and the UGPP, as well as in M&A transactions. Prior to joining the Firm, Federico served as Manager of the Labor and Employment team at Ernst & Young, where he was part of the select High Performance Professionals program.

Federico earned his Law degree from Universidad Sergio Arboleda (Bogotá, Colombia), completing an exchange semester at Universidad de Salamanca (Spain). He holds a Specialization in Labor and Social Security Law from Universidad Sergio Arboleda and a Certification in Comparative Labor and Social Security Law from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid, Spain).

Federico is fluent in Spanish and English.
